Leadership Team

The Bible tells us that eldership teams lead churches (Titus 1:5, 1 Tim 3:1-13). Until elders are recognised at Grace Church, we have a leadership team which serves, guides, teaches and protects the church. We also work in friendship with the Christ Central Churches team who care and support us.

Who are we and what do we believe?

In 2012, Allen & Sarah Rossi began gathering a team of people to help plant Grace Church. A number of these people were part of King's Church Cockermouth which Allen also served as an elder. Their vision was clear, 'To make Christ known to neighbours and nations by loving, reaching, equipping and serving people.

We are a church who gather people from all over West Cumbria; serving Maryport, Cockermouth area, Workington, Whitehaven, Egremont and Cleator Moor. However, everyone is welcome!

We are a bible believing and Spirit filled church which is passionate about Jesus and the good news of salvation found through him. To know more click here. Our aim is to be a church where God can change lives through His son Jesus, whatever your background, whatever you believe, whatever your age and whatever questions you have. We realise that coming to church can be a strange thing but we are a relaxed bunch of people who will make you feel welcome. If you visit, we will have one thing in common...we were all new to the church at some point! Small group info

We belong to a family of churches called Christ Central, part of newfrontiers. Click here for more info
