ABOUT US
We are a bible believing and Spirit filled church who are passionate about Jesus and the good news of salvation found through him. Our aim is to be a church where God can change lives through His son Jesus, whatever your background, whatever you believe, whatever your age and whatever questions you have. We realise that coming to church can be a strange thing but we are a relaxed bunch of people who will make you feel welcome. If you visit, we will have one thing in common...we were all new to the church at some point! We gather people from all over West Cumbria; serving Maryport, Cockermouth area, Workington, Whitehaven, Egremont and Cleator Moor. However, everyone is welcome wherever you are from!

We believe in team leadership which loves, serves and protects the church.
Currently, we have Allen (elder) who leads the church alongside a leadership team, and a wider team of leaders. The leadership team meet for eldership training, prayer & decision making to lead the church. The wider team lead key areas of the church and support the leadership team by helping to work towards our vision and making that work into church life.
